NATASHA generally offers shipping for a flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders until the end of November.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the order confirmation day.
They are then sent with International Express Mail Service - EMS, from the NATASHA headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. These items need to be signed for when received.
If you are not at the postal address to receive your parcel on the day of delivery, your parcel will need to be picked up and signed for at your local post office.
The time to receive your parcel within Australia and South East Asia will be a further 4 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
You will be notified by email when your parcel has been dispatched and you will receive a tracking number to trace the where a bouts of your parcel once it leaves our head quarters.
Please ensure the shipping address details you have sent us are correct. NATASHA Accessories Pty Ltd. cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect details given by the purchaser.
Public holidays and busy holiday times may produce delays in delivery time. NATASHA Accessories Pty Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays at these times.
NATASHA operates Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays.
