You may exchange an item (where available) your NATASHA Online Store purchase if the size you ordered is not a correct fit. You can also exchange for another more suitable style or colour if needed.

Natasha The Label will only refund an item if it is faulty.

You must return the item at your own cost via a courier of your choice or EMS Express Mail Service through your local Post office, which is registered post and ensures its safe return.

Please return to the following address ensure all details are correct on the form we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing due to incorrect details.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

 

  1. Email us at info@natasha.net.au to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your order number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
  2.  Once we receive your email and information we will reply to you within 2 business days to advise you  of your RA number in order for you to return and exchange or refund the purchase.
  3. We can only exchange items for a different size. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. 

 


SALE ITEMS

Any item/s purchased on sale cannot be refunded. You may exchange on other current sale items.

Return postage for exchanged items that are on sale will incur a $12.00 AUD postal fee.

 

When returning goods, please enclose:

  • The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number
  • Your receipt
  • Your goods for return, including packaging.

 

Where to send your return

For all returns, please either mail the item back to us or use a courier company of your choice.

Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL and return your goods to:

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased on the online store at NATASHA stores. Similarly, purchases made in NATASHA stores cannot be returned to the online store. Returns must only be sent to the above address in order to be processed.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. 

NATASHA is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.


Swimwear

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Shoes

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and are valid for use online and in NATASHA stores nationally.
